General

KAMA FRITID AB reserves the right for any possible printing errors, sold-out items, and/or factual errors that may occur on our website or in advertisements. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parental/guardian permission to order from us. All attempted frauds will be reported to the police. KAMA FRITID AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Prices

All items in our range are listed in SEK including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, and we reserve the right for any possible printing errors and/or sold-out items. Promotions and discounted prices are valid while stocks last or until the end date of the promotion. We reserve the right to update prices continuously depending on stock availability during promotional periods.

Upon placing an order, the purchaser will receive an order confirmation via email. In case of obvious errors, such as typographical errors, incorrect prices, or product information provided in the order confirmation (or invoice), KAMA FRITID AB reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, and a new order confirmation will be sent via email. The customer has the right to cancel their order without any cost if the corrections are not accepted.

Payment

We use PayPal as our payment partner.

Personal information

In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your personal information internally in accordance with Swedish law to fulfill our obligations to you as a consumer. The information is used for identification, administration, and communication, including unique customer offers and targeted marketing. The information may also be used for customer analysis and statistical collection. Personal data may be registered as a customer number. We handle your personal information with the utmost care and guarantee, in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL 1998:204), that your personal information is only used for internal purposes. The exception is third-party solutions, which need certain information to fulfill their respective obligations, including Klarna for payment and DHL for delivery.

According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information stored in your customer profile. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted entirely. Contact our customer service at info@kamafritid.se if you wish to take any of the above actions. KAMA FRITID AB, organization number 556122-9807, is responsible for personal data.

Open purchase

We offer a 14-day open purchase policy on all products from our regular assortment in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). The Distance Contracts Act gives you the full right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order. If you wish to make a return, please notify us at info@kamafritid.se. We will refund the purchase amount within 30 days in cases where the consumer rightfully cancels the purchase. The right of withdrawal applies only if the following requirements are met:

  • The item is unused and in perfect condition.
  • Invoice/receipt is available and can be presented.
  • Original packaging or equivalent is adequate packaging.

If you decide to cancel your purchase within the withdrawal period, we will credit the entire purchase amount. However, as a consumer, you are responsible for any delivery and return costs. Please note that the consumer is also responsible for the return transportation. The returned item should be in good condition and returned with its original packaging or equivalent. If you are unsure, please contact our support before making a return, and we will provide you with instructions.

Reclaim

We adhere to current legislation and recommendations from the Consumer Agency, which means that as a consumer, you have a one-year warranty and three years of warranty rights. Warranty rights apply only if the following requirements are met:

  • Notify us of your case within a reasonable time at info@kamafritid.se.
  • Invoice/receipt must always be presented when invoking the warranty.
  • Attach clear pictures of what is wrong with the product.

Return of goods

If you wish to make a return, please contact us at info@kamafritid.se.

After registration, you will receive a shipping label that you use at your local Postnord agent when returning the item to us. Remember to pack the goods well in the original packaging and package properly. Once we have received and approved your return, it normally takes 5-7 business days before we refund you the corresponding amount or adjust your invoice, deducting the return shipping cost that you are responsible for. Refunds are always made using the same payment method you chose when placing your order. The processing time for returns is up to 30 days after notification.

Unapproved returns may be denied if our return conditions are not met. Please read our full return policy above under "Open purchase.

Dispute

In case of a dispute, KAMA Fritid AB follows the decisions of the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).

Payment options

We use Klarna as our payment partner. Through Klarna, you can easily pay with various methods including credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express), bank transfer, installment payment, or invoice payment. If you choose to make a credit purchase, Klarna will conduct a credit check. To complete a credit purchase, you must provide your personal or organization number, which must match the buyer's registered address.

Invoices are sent via email when the delivery leaves our warehouse. The payment term is 30 days net, unless otherwise agreed. If the invoice is not paid on time, a reminder will be sent and a reminder fee of 50 SEK will be charged, along with a late payment interest rate of 24% plus the prevailing reference rate. For invoice payments, there is an invoice fee of 29 SEK.

Delivery information

Orders within Sweden are shipped at a flat rate of 129 SEK. Exceptions apply to hard-to-reach addresses, such as islands without road connections, and the like.

Delivery time

The normal delivery time is 5-10 working days if the product/products are in stock. If the product/products are not in stock, we will notify you of the new delivery time via email or phone. We reserve the right for possible sell-outs.

If you order multiple items with different delivery times, all items will be shipped together in one shipment once all items have arrived at our warehouse. If the delivery time is unexpectedly delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible from the time we become aware of the delay.

We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from any compensation claims to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Delivery to other countries

We can only deliver to addresses in Sweden at the moment.

Receipt of order

Upon receiving a product, it is important to check that the packaging is intact and that the number of parcels matches the shipping documents. Examine the packaging together with the postal agent/courier and note any damages. If a product turns out to be damaged later on, having a note facilitates the handling of complaints. Please note that you may also risk not receiving compensation if no note is made. Freight damages should be reported to us immediately for further discussion with the courier. If your order includes home delivery, it is important that you are present to inspect as described above.

Any arrangements with the courier (such as leaving the product without inspection/signature) are made at your own risk.

How the delivery works

Packages weighing less than 20 kg are delivered to the nearest pick-up point as standard. To facilitate notification, we kindly ask you to provide your mobile number for SMS notification. Please note that you must collect your package within 14 days from its arrival. If the package is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to us, incurring a fee of 300 SEK.

Tracking packages: For all shipments (except letter mail), you will receive a notification about the delivery, allowing you to track the shipment. If you have not received any notification within a week after receiving your delivery confirmation via email, please contact us to avoid potential return to the sender.

Unclaimed order

In cases where the shipment is returned to us by the shipping company due to the recipient not collecting the package from the pick-up point or providing incorrect name, address, or contact information, we will charge the buyer a fee. This fee amounts to 300 SEK including VAT. The fee is charged to cover extra costs, such as return shipping and return administration. The amount is either invoiced or deducted from the refunded order amount after the return has arrived at our warehouse.
